Unprofessional and unethical behaviour by this lawyer. He consent to the other party without consulting with me and damaged my case on purpose. Incompetent and very dangerous for your case due to he takes decisions on behalf of client. After I asked him to explain, he threatened me that he will fix me up. Stay away from this lawyer. Sanaa Hasan was the original lawyer I retained. She went on vacation without notifying me and Her colleague Kamran took over without consulting with me. Sanaa Hasan talked to the applicant whereas she was respondent’s lawyer. I can clearly see now that they both tried to destroy my case. But luckily, I fired them on time and had to go through continuous stress to finish the work which was supposed to be done in 4 months and they didn’t complete my work. I ended up working day and night to submit my documents in less than 8 days. They have not refunded my money . I will be complaining against them to Ontario Law of Justice. Stay away from them. They don’t have full office in Mississauga. They only do meetings there and use a meeting room. They only want to work remotely. When I went to inquire about at their office, I found out this and was told they only use mail at that office and a meeting room to meet clients. Be careful and don’t use their service otherwise you will end up like me where they both destroyed my case on purpose and took decisions on behalf of me and kept documents served to them by other lawyer for 7 days and I had to get those documents from the court myself.
