Cannot even set a up an phone appointment in a week while being BULLIED by Legal administrative staff . Asking for personal information without talking to the lawyer? I DON"T THINK SO. Treating customers like idiots who have dealt with other lawyers.. If you want to be treated like an unimportant client, this is the right firm for you!! You have a heck of nerve asking for personal information without allowing me to speak to a LAWYER at your firm. The final straw was the Retainer contract sent to my email. Enough is enough.. How the heck to you expect clients to sign a retainer without talking and seeing a lawyer at your FIRM I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

In the purchase of my home I was dealing with a very difficult seller and this was my first time in this situation. This firm failed to review and enforce my purchase agreement. They said their copy was barely legible ( you think they would have asked for a better copy). Actually speaking to someone was nearly impossible. After writing a long email expressing my concerns I finally get a call back from Cindy and as I pick up the phone she's yelling 'why am I calling her back'. This firm did not support me or my interests. I felt like I was fighting with the people I was paying to represent me. I hope my review makes you think twice before you hire them, it is not worth the added stress. Good Luck!
