I purchased a pre-construction condo back in 2017 and Kormans LLP has been assisting me with everything that needed to be done since Day 1. They answered all my questions and made sure I was on top of everything that needed to get in for the deadline! Occupancy just happened and I am now a condo owner. I had a really bad experience at Kormans LLP. They were my lawyers for my first home purchase ever. My questions weren't answered and I was ignored and told that they were too busy to speak to me when I called. When I went to pick up the keys and confronted the individual who was handling my case she became extreme defensive and yelled at me in the hallway of the office. It was such a bad experience that after my deal closed I wrote an email to convey my feedback and experience. The individual who was handling my case wrote condescending emails back again being extremely defensive while cc'ing the entire office. It was so bad that the individual in charge of my deal ended up being fired. I have never gone back for any of my home purchases.
