Simmi Chacko is extremely unprofessional. One of my friends had a very bad experience with her. She demanded full payment in advance, but after receiving it, she failed to provide proper updates or maintain communication. Later, she blamed the client instead. Overall, her approach toward clients is highly unprofessional

I left the interaction feeling unheard and unsupported, and I would not recommend her services based on my experience. I was also charged very high fees, with many hidden charges. After posting this, I lost money and went through mental pressure. Now the firm is threatening me by saying they are going to file a case against me for my experience. Thank you.
