My most dreadful encounter as a British citizen abroad: This company extracted $46,000 under the guise of IRCC and failed to provide any documentation regarding our refund request. They simply dismissed our plea, claiming there were no funds available for reimbursement. Now that I've arrived in Canada, I remain hopeful for a refund, but if not, I am determined to escalate the matter by reaching out to local news outlets, MPs, and various social media platforms with evidence. I will strive to expose their avarice and the fraudulent documentation submitted to IRCC by this company for illicit gain.
