Great venue with fantastic staff and really nice party policies. We had my daughter's birthday party here last weekend. Everyone had a great time, and unlike other venues, they let you adjust numbers at the last minute, which is very convenient when you're not sure if all the teenagers are going to show up. (In our case, they did, but it was nice to not be committed to the max number if they didn't.)
We held our son's birthday party here at the end of March and Carissa and Tatiana were more than accommodating, attentive and very customer service oriented. They ensured we had everything we needed for the party to run smoothly, asked when we'd like to play laser tag to accommodate eating and cake. When our pizza was delivered the party was playing laser tag so they gave us pizza warming bags to ensure the pizza wasn't cold by the time the game was done (not ordered through Ultimate Laser Tag). Any question I had they answered and assisted without hesitation. I would definitely recommend having a birthday or just playing laser tag here. Great venue!
I held my son and daughter’s birthday here 2 weeks ago and it was one of the best birthdays they’ve had. We originally booked the batallion package, but realized we needed the bigger space as more people were coming. Luckily we went to the facility the day before and they were able to accommodate us and upgrade our package immediately. Thankfully we did as the Super Batallion package was perfect and was able to accommodate our party perfectly. Carissa and Marisa were great at the front and was helpful (offered to help set up and provided scissors and tape when needed). As we were a larger group sometimes managing all the kids could be a bit tough, but, but Carissa was able to get the kids into their games so they were able to get their games in and as well have us have time to eat and do the cake within our time limit. One thing I will note that made the difference is that when we were nearing the end of our time, Carissa was very patient and polite in letting us know our time was ending soon. I’m saying this makes a difference because I’ve had experiences of facilities being rude or just straight up turning off the lights which just ruins the whole experience because that’s the lasting impression. But that was not the experience we had! From start to finish we were met with kindness, helpfulness and everyone from the kids to parents had a great time! Alex was also very helpful and accommodating when getting everyone set up with their vests and laser guns. I would definitely recommend to have your next event here!
The 191st Mississauga Girl Guides have visited this location often. Most recently our host was Alex and he was on his own for the night. The kids had an amazing time with him, he was super welcoming and friendly. Ultimate Laser wasn’t not supposed to be open and Alex had to accommodate our group of 21 girls on short notice. The kids had an awesome time and hope Alex does well on his exams!
My kid had such a fun birthday party at Ultimate Laser Tag Games! Our party has 20 kids and all of them had a great time. The service staff were very nice and helpful. The overall price for the game party is absolutely acceptable for us. The game centre does not even have a tips option when checking out the order so we had to get some cash to leave tips for appreciation.
We rented out the whole place to host our son’s birthday party and I can’t say enough about the staff there. Alex and Marisa took care of every detail with enthusiasm and professionalism. They were both so good with the kids and not bothered at all by the noise or enthusiasm of the kids. Was very impressed with both of them. All the kids had a great time! Played many games of laser tag and even some hide and seek in the laser arena! They all left tired and happy - a good sign of a birthday party! Thank you!
Awesome place! We experienced a fun and cool place at my son's birthday tonight. It's a very clean and organized spot where kids can enjoy themselves. The staff are amazing. They are super helpful and polite. Definitely, we will come back. Thank you
