Tried to exchange some stones because they came chipped and the guy at the front desk gave me so much trouble. Tried to exchange some full layers of stones that we didn’t touch to a different colour and they didn’t even want to exchange it. STAY AWAY!!!
Customer service seems to have taken an early retirement here. I called hoping for help, but was instead greeted by the rare mix of attitude and indifference. If rudeness were a skill, this person would be management by now. Apparently 50 of years of experience at a garden centre makes you Einstein and a W⚓️ all at the same time.
What about convenient location, great selection and helpful and friendly staff combined in one place. Competitive pricing and professional advice. You can’t go wrong with this one.
Friendly and knowledgable staff. Love helping out a family run business compared to the big box stores that have less knowledge and less selection. Toemar is the way to go its a gem and Mississauga legend since the 1970s!
