I’ve been sourcing stone and aggregates from this supplier for multiple projects, and they’ve consistently impressed me with their variety and service. Their inventory is extensive—Banas stone, flagstone, decorative gravel, and more—all available in clean, well-organized stock that’s easy to browse and select from. What really stands out is the team. They’re friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They’ve always treated me with professionalism, and they even offer samples without charging—a small gesture that makes a big difference when planning detailed installs or client presentations.
Just had a terrible experience here trying to return the skids. My husband went to bring them back and the person clearly remembered him from his comments. But then when we didn't have the receipt they said there was nothing they could do. My husband asked if they could just look up the job in the their system and they just said "no, what do you expect, if you want to return something you need the receipt". While it does say in the fine print on the receipt you need it to return the skids, I suggested they maybe clearly state that at time of purchase. The condescending tone used to say "I am sorry you had such bad service" was unreal. This tone was used with my husband in front of our son and then later with me when I found the receipt in our house. Instead they could have said "I am so sorry you were inconvenienced, unfortunately our system does not allow us to look up the job despite the fact that we recognize you. We will be sure to tell customers going forward and if you find the receipt we will gladly process the refund.". They really demonstrated how rude they could be to a customer. If they are not the owners of the place, then I would hope this gets to the owner that you have some rude staff. I did not deserve to be spoken to in that way. Surely this could have been handled better. We will definitely not be purchasing anything from this company again and we will be sure to deter others from going there as well.
Amazing selection, only yard in all of the GTA that stocked the Copthorne Blue Steele, while everyone else said it was special order. And the best customer service out of all the stone yards, they quickly resolved a problem with the product. Highly recommend
Terrible customer service. Bought capping but they put some wrong pieces, when i asked to exchange a couple and buy more, they said they can take only 1 back that is totally wrong but the other ones they will not take. It's clearly wrong colour or taken from somewhere else (see pic). I ended up bringing them all back for a refund and they were making comments to not to sell to retail customers anymore and they did me a favour. Like dude, if you don't sell to retail then don't sell to retail, you're not doing me any favour selling me garbage and accusing me of being a lier. LMAO. BTW, went to Toemar a few mins away and got exceptional service. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
We got extra patio stones I'd like to return in 14 days and they declined because they do not return anything. Valley poor customer service. I do not recommend this guys.
BEWARE: This place sold us 18 months old stock which had quality issues and significantly degraded color.And that was about 8000sq ft. Client sued us back.There are other places with better price and service!
