My experience at Alpha Labs - Platinum was great. My blood work was done by Dilruba. She is efficient and very quick! My veins are usually very hard to find, but she located one within a minute and only had to poke me once — which is rare for me. I would definitely book here again!
I had an excellent experience at this laboratory. The environment was clean, organized, and very professional. I especially want to highlight Dilruba, who assisted me during my visit. She was exceptionally professional, courteous, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Her calm and friendly attitude made everything smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate the quality of service and the dedication shown by Dilruba. Highly recommended!
I had my blood work done by Israa, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I always request her! She was incredibly gentle, skilled, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I barely felt the needle, and she explained everything clearly, making me feel completely comfortable. Her professionalism and calm approach made what could have been a stressful appointment feel easy and smooth. Highly recommend Israa for anyone needing blood work done she’s truly excellent at what she does.
I have been there numerous times and THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED????? Doesn’t matter if you go at 11am or 12 pm or 1 or 2 they are always always closed. What kind of employees have you hired that just lock the door whenever they want. One time I was there at 11 and the lady just locked the door?? Why?? I have visited 6 times and 4 times the door was locked and 1 time I had to beg them to let me in because the doctor would not let me take my medicine until I gave my sample. So disappointed in this location. There is so much evidence that these employees close the door whenever they want yet management still doesn’t do anything about it. How many times do you want people to complain about the same thing before you do something about it? Do you not read the reviews? This place is a shame I hate that this is the one closest to me. Why do they have to take their lunch togather? Can’t one person take lunch and the other tend to the patients? Why do they have to close the damn place down for 3-4 hours?? I hate hate hate hate this place. I swear managements not gonna do anything until we take this up to social media
I am absolutely disappointed, irritated and frustrated with the fact that labs such as this are paid by OHIP. I arrived an hour ago. Office reopens at 3:16. A large line of 6 people and 1 staff member. Who lets us in then proceed to go to the bathroom. 6 people waited outside. Two international visitors quickly grabbed their ticket upon arrival-dismissing myself and another lady in front. Out of principal the receptionist should have intervened, They now have wasted 15 minutes getting paperwork for out of pocket payment. The young ladies headed to the back. It’s 3:34 and the lab technician grabs out health card, requisition and ticket to bring to the receptionist. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of work ethic, zero communication, disrespect and no apology for closing for so long. It’s truly a disgusting experience and very disappointing. I am not one to review but I am sincerely hoping the owners will take this seriously and take action. I am appalled at the number of previous complaint from the opening day and yet I am experiencing these issues yet again. Many sick people are here with me and need follow up blood tests and an important note is seniors and their family cannot afford to find people to take them when service like this occurs. It’s 3:41 and the last couple get taken in first disregarding the line. Racially profiling is what the others are saying - could not agree more. This is purely unacceptable. I have not been rushed up. I admit to having a few f bombs leave my mouth out of disrespect and disbelief.
One of the worst labs that I have ever seen. Extremely poor service and unprofessional staff. Never answer phone calls. There is no way to contact them unless you go in person. Their staff is always scrolling on their phones. Never going to this lab again.
Dilruba has taken mine and daughter’s blood tests. We have been here multiple times. She is always so sweet. The lab is kept clean. We love only coming here to get our blood tests done.
