I had to do a test for lactose intolerance. It’s a long process, it takes around 2-4h. Mind you I already knew the requirements I needed for the test because I already had the referral, but I just lost the paper. So when I went to get the test done today, the 1st lady told me what I would need to do it (fasting and mentioned how long the test is). So before I even came, I had a doctors appointment and my doctor told me to go downstairs to get the test done. So both people I’ve spoken to have confirmed that I can do the test. The moment my number was called, the lady saw my test and said they don’t do this test here and that I need to go to Life Labs (their competitor). She straight up lied to my face, I’m assuming so that they can go home early because I was literally the only person there. There was one other person waiting that went In before me. These people are LAZY! I went to life labs, and they were AMAZING!
Extremely unprofessional service. I called to inquire about my blood work and was told to call another number. When I asked for the number, it was given so quickly that I couldn’t catch it. I asked for it to be repeated, and the staff member hung up on me. This is unacceptable. I understand that staff are busy, but basic courtesy and clear communication are essential in healthcare services. Hanging up on patients is not only rude but also prevents them from getting the help they need.
i came here for the fourth time. but this time hina gave a exceptional service she was very polite and i told her to use butterfly needle so she only did test with that.
Extremely disappointed with Alpha Lab. After waiting a long time just to get the test done (they even demanded a review before doing the test), I still haven’t received my results after many days. No one answers calls, and when I finally got through, the information provided was completely unhelpful. To make things worse, the results don’t seem accurate and I’m not even sure they did the tests exactly as per my doctor’s instructions. This level of service is unacceptable — I would not recommend this lab to anyone.
I had to do my urine test. My doctor told me that My doctor told me that you will have to leave it At the lab in half an hour. I went This location to leave it.Nobody took the specimen from me Or looked at me. They are just saying, "give me one second" then disappear. If I had a chance to give a minus star, I will give it .This location deserves to be closed.
Worst service, After giving blood sample, 2 days later received call from there office that they missed a blood test and need blood sample again, I took off from work and made visit, the lady told you were supposed to come within two days, even the lady on phone told me yo come any time. Totally wastage of time.
I just went here like 5 minutes ago and the reception lady told me the test can’t be done because fasting required but my doctor never told me to fast. She just didn’t wanna do tests for me , then now I came in life labs they are doing the test for me without fasting. This is so bad people just wannt Money but don’t want to work. Clinic need to watch her .
