I have been to Lago at least a dozen times over the past year with the most recent being last Sunday for a 50-person private function. As always, everything was perfect. The food was incredible and the service was phenomenal from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. A special shout-out to the manager Joe who is always personable and extremely accommodating every time I am there. As for the food, everything is always fresh and very authentic. Every item I have ordered off the menu has never disappointed. I highly recommend Lago for anyone seeking a high-quality, fresh meal in a genuinely welcoming environment.
Last night we had our work Christmas party here what a beautiful location stunning interior Excellent food . The food was Amazing, really tasty the Calamari was the talk of table so light and fluffy ( not chewy and stringy ) I would highly recommend this place to any one ! We had the wild boar meatballs ( which was outstanding) Bruschetta, mussels ( highly recommend)charcuterie, pulcinella pizza ( any of the pizzas are outstanding) ,branzino (highly recommend) the pasta special .For dessert we had crème brûlée and tiramisu. Literally try everything you cannot go wrong ! We’ll definitely be coming back in the very near future. Also very clean environment the Owner and the staff so friendly and welcoming. Thanks for a Christmas party we won’t forget !
We brought our parents for dinner this evening... And it was awesome!! The food was delicious, service was amazing! Owner was so personable and kind! Veal Parm, Sofia Loren Pizza and Pasta all 10/10! Highly recommend visiting!!
Amazing place had a surprise birthday party held in a hidden room in the basement, staff food and drinks were fantastic, definitely will be coming back again
I walked in a little over a year ago for a cappuccino . This is when I met Joe . I spent an hour chatting with him before I realized my coffee was cold . I. Immediately felt at home like I was walking in to a family. Kitchen . I returned a week later for Lunch with a friend . We both had the Linguine pescatore. This dish was unbelievable . I couldn’t stop talking about it for weeks . Not only was the dish fantastic., the food didn’t stop . Freshly made sourdough bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. To Burrata cheese . It was endless , again it was like I was with Family . I have been going weekly since . I spent my last birthday at Lago with many dinner parties since . Compliments to the staff who always greet you with a warm smile . Then we have the Chef who creates dishes that have my mouth watering just thinking of what I have tasted . I highly recommend everyone should try Lago . I’ll bet you will want to try every dish on the menu after your first time. .. Buona appetito !
First time eating here and we had the Sophia Loren Pizza. It was absolutely delicious and authentic. Service was impeccable and the place is so clean and spotless. We will absolutely revisit soon.
I recently visited your restaurant and ordered two iced coffees. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disheartening. The staff member who served me made me feel intimidated by repeatedly demanding, "What do you want?" Usually, when I visited Carlos Bakery before it became Lagos, they never asked, so it took me a moment to respond. Instead of informing me about the milk or syrup options, she continued to repeat the question rudely. When I mentioned that they don't usually ask, she curtly replied, "We are new staff and just have the machine, and I don't drink coffee, so I don't know what you want." Paying $6 each for iced coffees made by someone who doesn't know how to make coffee is unacceptable. My husband and I left feeling deeply disappointed. While it's understandable that new staff might need time to learn, there's no excuse for rudeness. I urge you to review the security footage to identify the staff member and take appropriate action. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
