Disappointed this time vs the previous time last week. The switch from Driving rage format to playing the course eat up too many minutes of my allocated time.
3/5 stars for me. Location is awesome. Very close to my house. The booking process is awesome. The reason why I decided to give 3 stars was the coaching. I had session with Coach Kumar, very nice person, but it was the last 10 mins of the session. He focused more on having my session booked for the next two weeks, instead of sitting down and going over what I did wrong/how I can improve. I felt super pressured into booking a session with him. I ended up booked an hour session 2 weeks in advance.. he wanted an hour and 30 (price difference from $130-$256). As I made a mistake, he kept on texting and calling multiple times for me to book my session (continued throughout the week). I never got a written analysis of where I needed to work on, never got a video analysis other than a recording of myself hitting a golf balls and coins. I never got practice drills, other than a pre planned, already written text message. I came away with 1) money first 2) service second. This is how you’re going to treat someone entering a sport the first time?
Had a great experience at Tracer Golf. The data provided by the shot tracker is really helpful in assessing where your game can use improvement. Had a little difficulty with the initial set up but with a quick call to the support team everything was resolved quickly and on top of that they extended my time in the bay by a generous amount. Would definitely recommend visiting Tracer Golf.
Had black screen upon time starting. Tried to call support multiple times and phone did not work. Asked fellow golfer still couldn’t get program started and no one around to help. In the end I had to restart the computer myself and launch the program. I did not know I had to be my own tech support.
This is hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had with a company. They had timely responses and actually listened to their customers. The issue that was mentioned was fixed within a week!! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!
Great simulator with central location. Easy booking process and entry. Lots of camera ready bays - really appreciate the phone stands! My only gripe about Tracer is how uncomfortable it is during the summer. It’s SO hot and humid inside. Not sure if there’s AC installed and maybe just not turned on But pleaseee either turn it on or get some fans for each bay. Would really appreciate not sweating buckets while practicing!
This golf simulator is such a good experience. All transactions booked online, and book any time you like. The screen and simulation are very accurate. And the balls roll back towards you after you hit. I would strongly recommend. Price is not as advertised 16$ an hour. it works out to be 20$ per hour. But still 20$ cheaper than anything else out there.
