Only reason it's not 5 star is because I couldn't adjust my putts so I can just put straight. And the allinement was off a bit. If I had a dead stright put and I just it stright it pushed to the right a bit. All in all great place. I use to go to the one in Oakville all the time which I have a membership for lol but moved to mississauga.
It was okay. I was going to give 5 stars. But when I went, there was no AC running so it was hot. That made the experience unpleasant which could have been perfect otherwise.
I had an excellent experience here! The place was nice and tidy, the equipment was easy to use, and overall just a really fun time. In addition, the customer service was very helpful, and when I accidentally booked a 1:30am time slot, they helped me cancel it and book a new time. I highly recommend this place for a fun indoor golf experience
I've been a member @ Birdies (Cawthra) for a few years now. The facility has always been well maintained and the rates, very reasonable! If I have any concerns or suggestions, Brian (owner) has always responded in a timely matter. He has always been appreciative of my business and feedback. His new Burlington new location is amazing! Lots of spacious bays and extra swing cameras, but my favourite addition is the auto-tee up feature which changes based on each players preference!!! Well done Brian! This is one of the best indoor golf simulator I have been to. The pricing, accuracy and the cleanliness of the place is excellent. They have air fresher's, ball cleaning, fans in the facility . Everyone that goes are respectful of each other. Highly recommended!
Nice facility and great customer service. I had my first session on Saturday and had some issues getting the sensors to pick up shots and display them on the screen. I sent an email afterwards to explain what I thought might be the issue (me being tall and left handed, creating shadows over the ball). They promptly replied, offering me a free session and to have someone meet me there to give me a little help getting things to work. I went back today and Brian gave me several tips and info about ball position on the mat and navigating the software. The issues from Saturday's session did not occur today after Brian's tips. Thanks again Brian - appreciate the help - I'll be back soon!
Picked up golfing as a covid activity and came to Birdies with my husband to practice this past Friday. It was perfect that the bays are extra wide to accomodate left or right handed players as we were both able to practice in the same bay! Self-check in was easy and seamless and balls are provided. Highly recommend coming here to practice or just for fun!
