Nicole knew all the ingredients of all the flavours and was so pleasant. She was even excited about the fact that I wanted to try the more exotic flavours and was proud of the uniqueness of the creators. Cajeta swirled goat cheese and whispers of saffron are a must try.
The portion size for a single scoop appeared much smaller than in the past, to the point it didn't fill the serving cup. Additionally, the cone I received cracked very quickly. I hope you can address these quality and consistency issues.
I just visited this beautiful store in Square One, located right next to Real Fruit Bubble Tea and opposite QE Home. As soon as I stepped in, I was amazed by the wide variety of ice cream flavours — honestly, I was confused about what to choose! My friends and I tried several flavours, and our favourites were Uber Ube and Dulce & Banana ❤️. We absolutely loved this store and the quality of the ice cream. Highly recommend stopping by!
Came across this little gem and was astonished by the wonderful selection of yummy flavours. My taste buds were exploding with delight! Nicole was so warm and inviting and helped me navigate to the flavours I loved the most! Her upbeat personality made the visit even better. Would definitely come back with my friends!
The ice cream flavors here are fantastic. However, I've repeatedly noticed that the same employee working in the serving area is wearing a torn uniform, which looks quite unprofessional. This issue has been ongoing, as the first time I saw it was almost three months ago. It seems the company is not ensuring proper uniform care or supporting their staff’s appearance.
Terrible Service. They were making fresh waffle cones in front of everyone for the next day but wouldnt sell them for today's customers. Em was unprofessional and Peter needs to better manage this place. People were coming and leaving so they were just losing sales. They also don't acknowledge their clients who are waiting Ended up going to Eva's in the food court where the service was exceptional.
First time trying their icecream and I really loved it. I would recommend their Supercrema Hazelnut Chocolate. Personally it's not too sweet, and it has a good balance of flavour. I can't wait to try the other flavours that they offer. UPDATE: Been coming here every now and then, and today Nicole was very nice, and knowledgeable. My new favourites are uber ube, and dubai chocolate pistachio.
