I always pass by PalettAmerica but never tried it until a few days ago, and I was shocked by how good the ice cream is! Super rich and creamy. I tried the coconut flavor and it was incredible. They have a great selection, including some healthier options too. The lady who served us was so sweet and friendly, and she patiently answered all our questions. I can’t wait to try more flavors and I am definitely coming back soon!

These are so creamy, it's like magic. Not icy at all. Flavours are very fresh and not artificial or cheap tasting or overly sweet. So many options, and they all look good try the Guava cheesecake flavour

Today I tried it the second time and we decided to try the sour ones this time, so we got the tamarind and mint pineapple with Tahin topping and it was a chef’s kiss…..my favourite one so far is tamarind, if you like something tangy it’s a must to try…we also tried the strawberry shortcake and oreo and those are good too?….will recommend everyone to try these.?

The person serving at the celebration square event was extremely rude. Will never go to this place again anywhere due to the rudenesss of this person. This affected my perception of this food place unfortunately. Extremely dissatisfied.

First time trying this place after passing by it so many times. Wow! I’m stunned on how delicious that was. I picked up the banana filled with nutella. I got it dipped in chocolate and covered in hazelnuts. Now I can’t wait to try the other flavours available.

Love your ice cream! We have tried many flavours: cappuccino, mango, oreo and pistachio and more to try and it was all great!! Maria has been extremely nice and helpful. She adds great value to your operation. Her suggestions are always on point. We definitely will be coming back to try your other flavours. Definitely recommend stopping by Palettamerica and trying one!
