Ordered 1 surface. Was 3 weeks late. I had to keep coming in to get my order completed. Would not get a big order from here. A very small order was a problem.
I had the pleasure of interacting with sales representatives at Homefix Mississauga, and I must say, they made a wonderful first impression. They show great professionalism, friendliness, and a genuine willingness to help. They all were very polite, attentive, and ensured that all my questions were answered with care.
Manmeet ( Homefix) I find this amazing store last summer, great supply everything is in latest fashion trends, reasonably priced not expensive. Did entire bathroom including tiles, the cost was significantly lower compared to other stores in GTA. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service, I am back again this year picking up more supplies. The store is open 7 days a week, including long weekends (!) Highly recommend. Elena
Biggest scam. Ordered and paid for 900 square feet of Grandeur Napa Valley flooring on May 6, 2025. Was first told that it would take about 4 weeks. 4 weeks became 6 weeks, then 8, then 10, then 12 weeks. Manmeet, sold us the flooring at $6.90 a square foot. The bill states "hardwood is on final sale". While waiting for the flooring, I checked other stores for the same product, all around $7.90 a square foot. I visited the distribution office out by Toronto airport where you pick up the order. Kept getting from Homefix, that "it's coming, the company will deliver it." Grandeur doesn't deliver. At 6 weeks, I was asked if I wanted my money back as it would take another 2 weeks to get the hardwood as it was at the port in Vancouver. At 11 weeks I received a call saying it would be delivered the following Monday. The following Monday I received another call saying, they just got an email saying it will be another 2 days from the warehouse in Toronto. I said, send me a copy of the email, no response. I reminded them that the distribution centre is by the airport in Malton, "Oh" was the response. I said I'm coming to get my money back. They had my payment in full for 3 months. Seriously, it's not worth the headache to shop there. Their prices might be a dollar of two cheaper than the big box stores but not worth the hassle.I bought tiles from them before that were chipped on some but I was able to work around it. As a contractor, you buy extra to save on time, but if you want to return any products, forget it. They will turn and speak their own language in front of you when you're dealing with them. Or you ask someone a question, they will turn and talk to their coworker in their language in front of you. That's rude and disrespectful. Sad to say "it's a sign of the times and what's coming. I will never set foot in that store again.
I have been to a lot of hardware stores but I can’t say enough about this store in Mississauga. HomeFix has everything I need, the store is large and the STAFF! The staff are so helpful and accommodating. I didn’t understand how to install something on display and they politely helped me with my lack of understanding. What I made hard they made easy. I just love their customer service! I send all my neighbours and friends in the area there instead of Home Depot now . 20 out of 10!!
Such a great service, and prices are much better than in Home Depot. We mostly worked with Manmeet who took as much time as we needed to explain everything in details. There was a small issue during delivery, but the team went above and beyond to fix it. Thank you!
Janmeet (or jagmeet) was very helpful. The woman at the desk was not helpful nor friendly. This is not based off one encounter, but several visits to the store. My second visit, I arrived around 7:20pm to the woman locking the doors when the website says they close at 7:30. On my next visit, I did not bring my receipt from the tile I had borrowed (which was not made clear it had to be returned - especially based on the fact that I asked her for a receipt upon leaving that day). In addition to this, she spoke to her colleagues in her own language while Janmeet (or jagmeet) kindly responded and spoke in English. I don’t ever write reviews, but I was really bothered by this.
