Great store, good selection, very friendly staff. Aaron is super helpful and knowledgeable. He gets everyone excited over in-stock and upcoming stock. My son is already ask if we can make this a regular stop
Even though I’m not a Gundam guy, this is a great store and I’m glad it’s in my neighborhood. It’s well stocked, great atmosphere and the folks that work here are always friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for doing your part to making Mississauga a model making paradise.
I usually I pre-order my items from Japan or the US, but I saw this store was offering a statue from kotobukiya with exclusive accessories. Wanting to support a Canadian store I decided to give them a shot, but I now regretted my decision. The product came out in March of 2025 and im still waiting for it. I emailed them in July for on update, they told me they will get the item within a month. Two months past and they told me two wait two weeks for it to come to their store. Another month past and they have yet to answer my last email. This is the first and last time im pre-ordering from this company.
I am not into this but know someone who is and went to the store with them and my impressions were: Good assortment of tools and materials. The staff is pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable.
Best place around to get Gundam models for my son. The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. We always go with their suggestions for our next gundam project. Thanks guys and keep up the great work.
They are really helpful and friendly. They made it easy to start a new hobby. I have found another store which has some cheaper prices but they don't carry everything you need to start properly.
