Bad management & does not know how to operate. The man who is owner forces us to do consultation with him . He does not look licensed as he calls himself a doctor. Beware of this place .
I’ve had countless great experiences in this store . For two and half years Rosalyn has been helping me with supplements to recover and repair my body from a traumatic brain injury. She has provided endless patience , information and support during my recovery. In addition, Rosalyn has been always known to go above and beyond to find and provide information for customers and clients. Also the recent change and declutter of the store is great, with having sensory processing difficulties it’s less mentally overwhelming and more calming now. 10/10

This is an amazing gem of a shop in the Erin Mills Mall. I drop in there fairly often and not always to buy something but the staff are all so friendly and willing to help at all times. Often I have spoken to Osaid there who really goes out of his way to explain the different supplements and their uses. He has helped tremendously in guiding me with healthier lifestyle options and how to move away from toxins and into using good quality and better naturals products.
