Super fast shipping (above $89 or a $10 flat rate) in just two days via Purolator for my first order. I stocked up on Dr. B bar soaps especially the hard to find fragrances like Rose because they always have the best sale price. Glass bottles/ liquids are also packed very well for transit. Only PayPal or credit card for payment, no option to pay and pickup in store. ETA: Changed from 4 to 5-stars because the store clarified (see their response below) that the surcharge over 5lb is only for remote areas.
Very knowledgeable. Always take the time to answer my questions. Never feel rushed. Always order products if they don’t have in stock. Prices always on par if not cheaper.
Very friendly and amazing customer service. Ordered a product online and they called the next day to tell me it was expiring soon and if I would like a discount or wait till the company sends new inventory. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I always try to come here whenever I need something for the family. If it's not sold in store, it can be ordered and for some of the items they are way cheaper then going to major box stores.
