AJ is absolutely amazing! She did such an incredible job with my hair! I’m in love with both the colour and the style. She really took her time to understand what I wanted and made it even better than I imagined! On top of that, she’s so friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend her

She’s always so accommodating, somehow fits me in when I’m in a pinch, and makes my hair look better and healthier every single time!! Booked my haircut appointment months ago with Anna an amazing hairstylist. When I came in today I wasn’t talked to for 15 minutes a girl finally came to me and I checked in, I was told there is no Anna that works here. I was confused said I booked for 12:45 i’ve been here before. The girl then checked my appointment said it was cancelled because Anna no longer works here when she first stated there is no Anna here. No one called, texted or emailed me that information. No initiative on their part lost a customer I found another hairdresser that will fit me in today. I never write bad reviews but this really upset me and honestly messed up my day. If you booked with Anna just know she no longer works there and your appointment is automatically cancelled.
I apologize for the two-star, That was a mistake I do not how it was given two stars. I really like this place and the staff is very friendly and professional my friends have got their hair done here and they highly recommend it. I will be booking my appointment soon as well. Thank you
Hey everyone,just sharing my experience I had with Maria, if anyone wants her hair done just see her she’s the best in town I had my hair done from her I love it ? then I got my hair extensions diploma with her as well. Guys go with her you won’t regret it!! Love you Maria ❤️
Maria is lovely - upon moving here I didn’t know anyone who did extensions and she slayed my hand tied bump up! Shes so lovely too and a very fair price point . Always a relaxing experience and I enjoy the me time I get in her chair .
Maria is the most unprofessional, ignorant hair stylist I have ever come across. Keep in mind my situation has happened to at least 5 other girls I have spoken to. I booked an appointment 2 months in advance and sent a 1000$ DEPOSIT. The huge deposit is a first red flag it’s a deposit for a reason. I would also message her with a few questions about my appointment every so often and she would reply 2-3 weeks later. My appointment was scheduled for 11am. I get a message that morning that she had an emergency which is fine. I asked when she could fit me in and she couldn’t fit me in for another 2 weeks. Not only that she didn’t even have my hair. And when asking for my $1000 deposit back it took her 3 days to send it. And she only sent it because I threatened to call the bank and dispute it? she refused to move any other clients around or squeeze me when I had told her prior these were for my PREGNANCY PHOTOSHOOT. She is just an absolute joke to deal with. Overpriced for what you get and completely unprofessional customer service. And she also had an attitude when i said send the money and made some excuses like “im not in the office” or “i hurt my hand I can’t rn”. There’s so many more professional hair extension places in this area that will provide exceptional customer service and won’t take weeks to reply. Maria needs to re-evaluate her business?
