Sydney is the best stylist I have ever went too. You can tell she takes her time to make sure her work is good. I got a haircut today and I can honestly say that this is the best haircut I’ve ever had. Thank you Sydney!

It was my first time dying my hair and I was really scared at first, but my results were amazing! Farah did a great job, I asked for a copper balayage and was exactly what I expected. I am happy with my new hair! d Definitely recommend.
As another client in the salon, I was extremely uncomfortable watching how a customer treated a stylist. I was sitting in the chair right beside Farah who has been my hairdresser for 3 years, waiting for my wash after getting my hair colored, and I witnessed one of the most disrespectful interactions I’ve ever seen in a salon. A woman came in with her young daughter, and from the moment the appointment started, she hovered directly over Farah as she tried to work. I mean literally standing beside her, not giving the stylist any space to work. She kept telling Farah she was “cutting wrong” and “didn’t know what she was doing,” even though Farah is extremely experienced and professional. Meanwhile, the daughter would not sit still or let Farah touch her hair at all, she kept pulling away, squirming, crying and refusing to cooperate. Her hair was extremely tangled, and instead of helping, the mother repeatedly shoved a reference photo of a cartoon character in Farah’s face, scolding her for not being able to cut real hair to look like an animated drawing. As a client right next to them, it made the entire environment tense and uncomfortable. I could see how composed Farah was and she handled the situation with more patience than most people would. But no stylist deserves to be micromanaged, insulted, and talked down to, especially while trying to cut the hair of a child who isn’t cooperating. Farah is extremely skilled, respectful, and patient, the problem was absolutely not her. It was the client.
I rarely write reviews, but my experience at the Erin Mills Town Centre hair salon was truly unacceptable. I took my 6-year-old daughter for a haircut, and the stylist named Farah was shockingly rude from the moment we arrived. Instead of being patient with a small child, she kept snapping, cursing, and scolding my daughter for simply moving her head — she’s only six! Every few minutes she even threatened to “stop the haircut,” which made my daughter nervous and scared. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional, and she continued being mean throughout the entire appointment. On top of that, the haircut she gave my daughter was horrible — uneven, choppy, and nothing like what we asked for. No child should ever be treated this way, and no parent should have to deal with such disrespect. I would never recommend this salon to anyone, especially families with young children. A very upsetting and disappointing experience.
Carrie did an amazing job with my balayage :) I came unhappy from another salon since they weren’t able to get it as light as I wanted, but she managed to lift my hair up beautifully! Super sweet and understood exactly what I wanted
This was my first and definitely my last time getting a haircut at this salon. I don’t remember the name of the person who did my hair, but they seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. They barely asked me how I wanted my hair done. I even showed them a picture, but they didn’t ask if I wanted it short or long. they just started cutting. They left my hair way too short and gave me layers that made it look almost shoulder length. I hated the experience. I’m not giving it one star only because at least the receptionist was a nice person. Please train your staff better.
