Called to find out about hair treatments, I wasn't even done talking on the phone and he abruptly ends the conversation and cuts the call. How rude? No phone manners? Why would I even want to call again to come to this place?
Had the WORST experience with GRACE the manager that cost me over $1000 to fix and ruined my hair right before my best friends wedding. I was a blonde and asked to just make my light brown roots all over. She applied the colour and left me to cut another clients hair, i felt like it was a long time but trusted her. She told had to use a “filler” for the colour not to fade to the blonde again. After washing my hair i was JET BLACK. I was so upset i was crying so much, i havnt been this dark in years and its so hard to go back lighter because of the filler that was used. I cried for weeks. Although she still charged me full price with a terrible sorry admitting she messed up, she did a bleach wash to lighting it but did more damage as it broke some hair. I had to go somewhere else to fix, even and add extensions as my hair was dark and broken. Would not recommend grace.
One of the best hair salons in the neighborhood! the workers are great and very respectful, I tried 3 salons in the area before and this is the best one so far. Be sure to ask for Tina, she is a very talented hairstylist and makes a super clean fade !
Amazing place to go to. Grace is amazing and phenomenal at her job. Been going to her for over 20 years. My boys and my fiancee have been going to her for over 15 years. Shes exceptional and such a nice lady. We all love her so very much.
My place for a haircut for the past twenty-six years. Known Frank for that long. Excellent location and appointments are recommended as it is a busy place generally but especially on the weekends. Very friendly staff, very neat and clean facility.
Worst haircut ever on my kid. I don’t know haircutting at all and still can do way way better job. Spent 30mins to fix the cut myself and still looks awful ?
Used to get my haircut for 2 years. It was ok, but recently an old man Mirko has been cutting my hair and his arms are very shaky. The cut was ok, so I didn't used to mind. But my latest experience with this guy was a disaster. He is shaking a lot more and not able to cut. I had to point a lot of times where the cut was uneven. Even after all that, I had to do a lot more work with my trimmer back home. This is my last visit to this place.
