I found Li through a friend and I am so glad I did . Li gave me such beautiful haircut. He is very talented . May and Li are very nice and warm people ❤️! Highly recommend them .
I used to go all the way to Markham from Vaughan or Mississauga for years to get my hair cut but I realized that I was spending too much time and gas just to get mediocre hair cuts. I finally took a leap and tried a place in the city. I took a chance on Li Hair Salon and I am extremely grateful that I did it. Li listened to what I wanted then went above and beyond with my haircut. The price was great, him + his wife were so kind and I was beyond happy with the final results. It's been less than a week and a ton of people have been complimenting me, all thanks to the Li and his talent! I even had a couple of people ask me where I got it done and you bet I gave them Li Hair Salon location and number. I've definitely found my new hair stylist!
Master Li is so kind and patient. The products he used were top-notch. Being not a regular at the hair salon, I felt at ease. By the way, he gave me an amazing cut. He really worked my hair even they were short. He took time to tailor the details to get the style right. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Li for the past 6 years for haircut, perm, and straightening. From Winnipeg to Toronto and from the US now. Flew into Ottawa for work, but flying out of Toronto so I can get the straightening from my most trusted source!
I recently visited this salon and had an incredible experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was so welcoming, Li was friendly and professional. Li listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut and style！
i am not usually one to post negative reviews on services i receive because these are how businesses survive and business owners have lives and families too but i’ve been done dirty and i feel like i deserve to be honest about how im feeling. i won’t ask for my money back because he is paid for his hours of labour but i feel like i need to say my experience. came in and asked for a blonde balayage and left with my hair ruined for 250 dollars, more than other salons would quote for decent quality work. i’ve spent 24 hours with bright streaks on my head (pictured) and had several other people and salons gasp at how terrible the work was and was quoted 350-450 for 4-6 hours of color correction services. i’ve previously posted an one star review showcasing this work with an honest caption, and mostly let the pictures speak for themselves. the stylist called after seeing it, begging for me to come in to fix his work, which i appreciated until i realized he was only doing this for me to delete my review and tried to charge me 200 extra dollars to FIX HIS MISTAKE. he did not own up to his mistake, solely calling it a “communication issue” and how it would “look fine with my hair curled.” what kind of “professional hair stylist with 20 years of experience” would let their client walk out with BRIGHT YELLOW UGLY STREAKS ON THEIR HEAD? additionally, when my mom tried to voice for me how ugly this work was, he just told her to “stop talking” and took no accountability. i feel terrible for berating a business like this, and i do admire his work ethic. i appreciate him working hard and staying till 10pm to fix his work, but quoting 200 additional dollars is absolutely vile for this whole traumatic situation. the final product is also shown. my hair is bluer than anticipated, and still looks nothing like the original reference but i just let it go because i am honestly over everything this stylist has put me through. please please take my advice, do NOT come to this man for balayage services which was offered on his website. also included are the reference pictures i showed him. i will not be deleting this review.
Not really professional. The stylist complained waited me for 1.5 hours as I was the last customer of the day but my appointment was pushed ahead one hour and I was on time. He should’ve cancelled my appointment if he doesn’t want to wait. He started the cutting without asking me what style I wanted.
