Yesterday I visited Indo Canada Salon & Spa in Mississauga and had an amazing experience. Gagan provided me with full body waxing and eyebrow services, and I am very satisfied with her work. She was extremely professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the service. Her nature is very kind and friendly, and she pays great attention to cleanliness and detail. I truly appreciate her excellent service and highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality beauty services.
My wife came to this location around 3-4 PM today and the Indian lady who did her upper lips and eyebrow threading was very aggressive. My wife left with a very strong burning sensation/pimples on her face (which has never happened before when she has gone to other places for the same services) and she wasn’t even offered cooling gel/lotion afterwards nor did she cleanup the eyebrow area properly after she was done. Pathetic and worst ever experience!!!
The salon's friendly and welcoming atmosphere made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and highly recommend Indo Canada Saloon & Spa to anyone looking for fabulous hair and fantastic service.
I am not the type to leave a review for bad service, or even good service cause I feel that it is never that serious or needed unless the good service is extraordinary. But I've gotten my eyebrows threaded her for the past +1 year, and 9/10 times they mess up. I will tell them prior what I want and they'll do the complete opposite, and tell you while you are sitting on your chair that "your eyebrows are even" "I did what you asked" when you can clearly tell they're not even nor what you asked for. Please review the work and service you supply to your customers for the better wellbeing of your salon. And it is not a personal issue, I let my eyebrows grow out for 3 weeks, so there was plenty of hair to work with. If this was a one time occurrence, I would let it be because mistakes happen. But this is what happens almost 99% of the time I attend this salon. Reason i still go here is because i currently don't know any other places in my area to thread my eyebrows. That 1% where I am satisfied with my eyebrows is when this one lady who works there she is blonde and a bit petite. she knows what she's doing. The rest, not so sure. I have attached 2 photos, SAME photo, but one is inverted to show just how visible or bad my eyebrows are because of them. I have to go out in public everyday with my eyebrows looking like this. My friend who also attends the same salon has the same experience but not as often as me. I should enter a salon to get my eyebrows done and leave pleased with the service after receiving what I asked for, not that hard. And shouldn't be expected to go home and try to fix it with a razor or fill it in with a pencil each time I leave my house. Do better.
I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady somehow managed to wax a part of my hairline. When I confronted her she acted clueless. Was extremely disappointed, will not be going back.
I went for basic party makeup and when I asked the receptionist about the pricing she said it is 110$ I was ok with that price and get it done. When it was done the owner charged me 150$ which was not at all worth.Worst experience ever she even doesn’t blend contour properly. Highly not recommend this salon.
I had the worst manicure.The lady cut my skin deep while cutting cuticle and even after waiting for mins it was bleeding.Who would want to go ruin there day in a parlour. They have these inexperienced staff who are ridiculous who don't even apologize for their mistake.Please don’t go to waste your money here Quick update- I headed to gloss nail& spa and they r amazing dy cut my cuticle with soo much professionalism. Well priced too. To reply to your response on Jan1st, I am not insane to get worst experience for manicure and then book a pedicure.please check your records. Also this is the first google response you people have provided.If u have hired experienced aesthetician how come they dont know to do their job? The lady who did the job definitely didn’t apologize she was trying to cover her mistake and continue her work.I do not wish to argue if this is the way you care for a customer, its your wish.Google reviews are for people who would like to get information of a person who had an experience, I am not hiding behind a screen or device ,my name is clearly displayed and if the experience was good I give a good rating. Unfortunately you guys haven't hence the rating. I am not a novice reviewer here,I have given fair and truthful reviews for many many services utilized. If you are good at your work I am sure the recent reviews will be good and this exp will not be weighed.The update is allowed in google and I have rights to voice my opinion i am well aware its a public forum so please be careful I could also file the same harassment and misconduct and denial of expression of truth on you for expressing my truthful experience.
