The manager Sarah charged me the price of a 1 hr blowout but only did my hair for 45 mins. Which I usually always get charged for 45 mins there because my usual Stylist only takes that long. When I asked to speak to the Owner multiple times I got ignored
I love getting my hair done at this location everyone from the staff to the owner are so nice and professional. I highly recommend getting your hair or makeup done here.
I enjoyed the service. The price point is a little high and I wasn’t given enough information on what my options were for the service due to language barrier of the staff.

We booked this salon for us bridesmaids to get ready on the day of the wedding. We were told that it would take 1 hour to complete. It took over 2.5 hours. This significantly impacted the rest of the wedding day as we fell behind schedule. After spending all that time and money, not a single bridesmaid was satisfied with the end result. We had to redo both hair and makeup ourselves. The makeup was cakey and had many flaws. For example, the individual who did my makeup made several mistakes along the way and I had to constantly ask for it to be fixed. These mistakes were very easily spotted but for some reason the make up artist did not see them? My friend had asked for an updo, and they did and redid her hair 3 times and the result was still unsatisfactory. They even hurt her scalp with the pins. The staff seems to be quite inexperienced. During payment, they made a mistake and charged for more services than what was used, until I requested for a price breakdown. Bad experience, Would not return.
This place is magic. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the incredible quality service. Filsufa and her team are outstanding! I was in a very stressful situation and they eased my stress by accommodating me and I’m forever grateful for their help. I’m from Vancouver and this will be the only place I go to to get my hair done whenever I’m visiting Toronto! Thanks beauties xxo!
