Staff were helpful and kind. It was also refreshing that the young lady who was helping me check my gift card balances (there where a lot), had a sense of humor!
As someone who is in the sales and customer service industry, I can easily say that I had a 15/10 experience with the guys here. From the moment I walked in the manager was awesome and guided me in the right direction for my purchase and had the pleasure of dealing with Taylor after as well and he was amazing. Knowladabe, honest and experienced. He was fantastic as well as everyone involved. Would highly recommend this store and team to anyone whether be a beginner or a pro ??
This is why I keep coming back. This location is always ready, willing and able to assist. I have been coming at this location for years even when I moved out of the area and will by pass at least option just because they staff and service is a cut above. Even recently I forgot to add details to my driver repair the associate Carver took his time to go and grab my order personally and correct my error. From the repair shop that has plenty of know how to the last face I see when I leave this place it is always a pleasant experience. Thank you management for maintain 5 star service .
Purchased a set of clubs, as a new golfer here , overall the buying experience was good. Had a slight issue, an employee forgot to remove security tags . I reached out to golf town with my issue. The store manager personally contacted me and made things right , this is what customer service is about. Will be shopping here again !
One of the better golf towns. Asst Manager is super nice and the staff i noticed are more keen on helping you here than other locations. Selection is great too compared to other golf towns and they carry brands some other golf towns don’t. More hats and headcovers etc. as well. Go here if you need stuff. I will add that they do hire some younger guys in the store. Had a regripping done by one of the younger guys and I’m guessing he was too lazy to remove the old tape and just put the new grip with the old tape and tried to stuff the tape under the grip. Grip ended up feeling very uneven. Be careful when you do maintenance work here if you aren’t dealing with their main guys. Generally would avoid golf town for club building altogether and go to club champion (ian his guys, jeff shuster, and maybe modern golf).
Today, experience was dissappointing. Tripped on way into Mens washroom. No clearance rack for men. Prices for clearance clubs outrageous. In and out 10 minutes.
