Matt was fantastic. Explained the process to me and retro fitted my clubs to make sure they were correct for me. My game has never been better. Highly recommended if you need an adjustment, advice, and honesty.
Avoid at all costs. This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a golf fitting. The fitting itself was okay, aside from issues with a shaft hosel that kept rotating. However, I was not informed of the nearly $600 shaft upgrades used during my fitting, then told I need to either purchase a $1200 5 wood, $1500 driver or pay a $480 fitting fee. I was ultimately pressured into the cheaper option in purchasing the 5 wood. For the average golfer, spending this amount of money on a single club is just not practical. This did not sit well with me, and that evening I attempted to cancel my order for a cheaper option. After several unanswered calls and emails, I eventually got in contact with Bill (Vice President of Operations). He has been the most dishonest and unethical representative I have ever dealt with—making up complete lies and continually changing their terms and what was offered to me during my fitting. Despite this, I still offered to make a club purchase and pay a fitting fee out of good faith. I presented a gift card after my fitting which my fitter was unable to determine the amount of. We decided on a temporary amount until it could be confirmed by their management. After several emails, they confirmed the gift card had $200. Due to their continued dishonesty, I decided to verify for myself through bank statements that the gift card had significantly more money on it than the $200 they had confirmed. Based on this and the unethical business practices of this company, I have requested a refund in full. A month later this issue is ongoing, I have chosen not to purchase, nor have I received any clubs and I have not received a refund in full. This is a fraudulent company, and I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I have done several fittings over the years through other companies with great success. Do yourself a favour and google "club champion scam"—you will find many similar stories like mine.
Have done a full bag fitting, second driver fitting and also a full fitting for my son. Dean is fantastic and the whole crew is very helpful. Not going to push anything from a brand or popularity standpoint, only what feels good (and is in your price point) and functions good. Would never have thought about some of the models I went with. They take the time to listen, learn explain and the process is fun like a kid in a candy store. My swing still sucks, but my misses are better and my solid shots almost look like the pros (almost!). Hands down best fitters around, they stand behind their work and I have even gone back after a year and they made adjustments free of charge and spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was happy with the performance of all my clubs. I gained accuracy and yardage instantly from my fitting it was worth doing.
Hands down the best option available for a fitting. Just finished a driver fitting with Patrick at their Devil's Pulpit facility and it was fantastic. Being on the range there was a big plus in my mind as I could easily see my how my shots correlated to the "Trackman" numbers. Patrick was very knowledgeable, and couldn't have been anymore accommodating in our 90 minute session. No pushing of any particular brand, just made suggestions based on the numbers. Totally a no brainer if you are even a somewhat serious golfer contemplating purchasing a new driver or any new clubs for that matter.
Chris is a 5-star fitter, super knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Operations is 2-star. There's a missing component in the service offering and the burden gets put on to whoever is available.
Really happy. Sent in my clubs to get shortened and lie adjusted, after a fitting at their Toronto location. Jeez, I never knew I could flush a club like this. Wish I had this done years ago!
