Buy lovely cotton night dresses...last for years and are kind of vintage feel instead of what people wear to go relax or for bed.. I have bought many over 20 years and love this store.
It's a beautiful, well maintained store with lot of interesting stuff. They always keep bringing new stuff. Quality is also good. I am glad to have a store like this within our community.
Yesterday I visited the store last time I always liked to visit and buy things for myself and as gifts for others but the customer service person has no etiquette to talk with customers I think he wished nobody come and he is sitting free. Now I realized why despite having beautiful items store is empty without any customers. The guy first said he is the manager of the store right away he said he is the owner I don't know what kind of owner is he who likes to lose his customers. Store, open very late only from noon to 5:00 pm while Mall opens from 9 am to 9:00 pm
Love this store! My mom and I shopped all the time prior to Covid. I was recently looking for a nice tea pot set and was so glad to hear that they are operating during this time! Beautiful tea set. Highly recommended. It was also a pleasure dealing with Larry.

The manager and the salesperson are not polite. They gave my wife a cracked frame and after 2 minutes she wanted to change, they refused and talked in a bad manner
They sell unique enough stuff but the staff is really Rude and the customer service is atoricious as well. The Asian store manager lady was yelling at a customer when I walked in ( other customers were already in store as well). No wonder the store is almost always empty! You’re not selling any absolute necessities, just ‘nice to own’ stuff so customer service really needs to be kicked up a notch.
