Prices are not great and the owners followed me around as I shopped. Very obvious they weren’t looking to assist me but rather “watch” me!!!! Would not recommend

our friend bought us a samovar as a gift from here. the factory that produced it forgot to put the straw part inside. so we took it back to the star gift store and they took it back with many apologies and ordered a new one for us and we received the new one in a very short time. they also gave us a set of glasses as an apology. really nice people thank you very much, we are very happy with our samovar.
On Sep 6, 2020 I purchased a cookware which says the brand name as Royalty Line Switzerland. However, it is either a very bad quality product or a counterfeited one. When I called the store and explained the defect and requested them to report the defect to the manufacturer/supplier they refused to take it back. I do not recommend this store because they do not own responsibility nor entertain return or exchange when the product is defective.
