Nick came over about an hour after I called him, installed the new spring, and got the door working better than before. Even though I have done some garage door repairs in the past, I value my fingers and knew that replacing a torsion spring was not for me. The price was great, my door is working again, and it is one less thing to worry about with a one year warranty! I was in a bind and Nick really helped!
