Great place to deal with! Bought my garage doors from B&M 14 years ago, & get them to do a Preventative Maintenace service every 2 years. I luv the doors, & their service tech Bentley.
Very trustworthy garage company, offering excellent advice regarding one’s needs , comparable pricing to other companies , superb quality and outstanding workmanship and precision in the installation. I was very pleased with the whole experience and the result. I would highly recommend this company for residential garage door provision.
I called this company to replace the spring on my garage door since they installed the door and I was happy with it so I did not even ask how much they would charge. Installer was great and did the replacement in an hour, however charging $840 for a garage door spring is just unheard of!, I know I made a mistake trusting them and not asking for the cost but as a realtor I work with contractors on jobs for my clients and whoever I talked to about how much I paid to these guys is just not believing that high cost. I absolutely not recommend this company, there are so many reputable contractors out there,, get couple of estimates before letting these guys put their hand in your pocket.
Many thanks to Iva (Office Coordinator) and Bentley (Service Technician) for promptly arranging and then repairing our garage door. The garage door required a new torsion spring and cables which were professionally installed and are working well. Iva and Bentley were pleasant and professional to deal with which I appreciate.

My torsion spring snapped late yesterday afternoon (trapping my car in the garage). I called B&M and they had a technician out first this morning. The spring was replaced and the garage door is now working much better than before it broke! The technician was both knowledgeable and a very nice guy. I am pleased, and highly recommend B&M Garage Doors.
This company is amazing! I had some issues with my garage door wires. Bentley was my repair guy and he went above and beyond, not only fixing the wiring, but also making additional adjustments to help with the longevity of the opener. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions :-) I am so happy I went with this company. Would highly recommend
