Terrible experience — will never shop here again. I bought a shirt and blazer from this store, and the associate clearly told me that I could exchange them, but refunds were not allowed — which I was fine with. I came back today just to change the color, and was shocked by how I was treated. The manager name (JUDITH) argued with me and refused the exchange, claiming the item had a “smell.” I NEVER wore it — not even once. The tags were still on, in the exact same spot as when I bought it. If something smelled, it wasn’t from me. I just wanted to swap for a different color, not even a refund. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful behavior. I expected basic customer service, but instead got blamed for something I didn’t do. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being accused and humiliated for no reason. Avoid purchasing from this store. They do not honor returns or exchanges, and instead of resolving issues, they will blame the customer.
My name is Dr .Duncan, I was just served by an incredible representative and sales person named John, at the Tip Top outlet at Dixie Mall. He was so polite and kind and considerate. He was so pleasant and was so cognizant of the importance of cancer and cancer awareness. The way he requested a donation from customers was truly humbling. His pleasant nature and true commitment to attentiveness left me gobsmacked. He took my order. Helped me with sizes, rang me up at the register and ensured I had the correct size and number for my partners tournament. John thank you for being so wonderful during this very difficult financial time in the economy. A patient and kind sales person, makes a huge difference. Way to go TipTop !
This store has its own prices and policies (more like Quebec of Canada). Save your time go to a different Tip Top! The clearance price is way higher from the website and other Tip Top stores. Unable to match prices and unwilling to help the customer to look up a product stock. Never coming back again.
What a waste of time , I came all the way from Scarborough to buy a suit and I found out the store is closed temporarily for inventory, they couldn’t change the store hours here of announce it on their social media , one of the worst customer service , I even called them and they said they are not sure when they will open .
I had a horrible experience with this store. I drove an hour to exchange an item for a different size and even brought the receipt. Instead of assisting me, they asked if the tag was still on, making the whole process unnecessarily difficult. Despite all my efforts, they refused to help. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place as well. Terrible!
