Great experience today with Aarit. She helped me get the last minute suit that I needed, despite the store being busy, she gave me her undivided attention. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to everyone!

I had a terrible experience at the store. As a first-time buyer of a suit jacket, I wasn't familiar with the need for adjustments. I found a jacket I liked, but the seller was rushing me so much that I didn't have the chance to realize it needed tailoring. As a result, I had to go to a different Tip Top store and pay for adjustments that would have been unnecessary if I had been properly assisted and fitted in the first place. To make matters worse, I needed the jacket for a wedding, but now I won't be able to wear it since the adjustments won't be ready in time.
Bought a two piece suit from here from Bilal. Very humble and professional person, shared a plenty of knowledge regarding the suits. Definitely coming back for more shopping.

I was just at this location not to long ago I was shopping around heartland with my fiancé he went into Tip Top just to ask a simple question he was standing there for 5 minutes as no one approached him or asked him if he needed any assistants the lady who’s was working there wearing a red blouse and saw my fiancé standing did not even say a single word passed by him twice doing her own thing acting like she did not acknowledge him at all! This is the worst customer service behaviour I have seen I work in retail myself and I know how to train staff on customer service whoever is the manager at this location clearly did not train his staff well on customer service greeting at all I hope you all learn from your mistakes and your behaviour to treat customers right with good service and good behaviour I suggest all the staff get training on customer service or hire trained staff who know what they are doing!!
If go to this Tip Top please make sure Bilal is working. He is the most knowledgeable and has great style advice. He also helped me with a return when others in the store said they didn’t know how to. Bilal was great to work with.
