Super staff. I had an issue with the remote not seeing the receiver so the remote would not work. Went in spoke with Victoria and Ananda.They got it working NO CHARGE.
We recently got 2 gas fireplaces installed and service was excellent, from the sales team to the installers super nice and very knowledgeable. Had the greatest experience. Absolutely recommend!
We did work for this company and have never had a worse client experience in my life! I strongly suggest not buying anything from them. We did a repair on their lift table ( 20 k piece of specialized equipment ) and charged them $ 400 for unseizing the lips that lift up and down and they are saying we ripped them off ! I think any normal person would think $ 400 is reasonable if not very fair for two techs to repair something wouldnt you agree?
Timely estimate and job start time. Our super challenging, 2 sided fireplace with a lookout window above, took some team collaboration between Amanda and Sean but it turned out amazing! Steve the owner came out and ensured it was to his standards and mine. Couldn’t be happier with the workmanship and customer service. Thanks Hearth Fireplace.
My husband and I are thrilled with the results of our den transformation. Out with the old wood burning fireplace and in with the new linear gas fireplace and built-in book cases. Amanda is a fantastic designer who helped me see my vision come to life and Shawn is an outstanding cabinet maker who left nothing unfinished or unthought of. Our only regret is that we should have done this years ago...
I ran across Ontario Hearth after another contractor completely botched my fireplace job. As I was away at the time I had the work done I didn't realize he did not insulate until winter arrivwed (several months later). The room was at least 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house and the remote control unit in the fireplace froze from the cold and was inoperable. That contractor refused to claim any responsibility so I finally decided to bite the bullet and simply pay for another complete rebuild. Ontario Hearth was amazing. They were all so professional. from the showroom visit, to the design and advance, to the old fireplace demolition to the new construction. A quality, professional job all the way around, and extremely fair and friendly staff as well. Would highly recommend this team!
Walked into store today as we are interested in purchasing stone facings which are to be installed on our newly roughed in fireplace. I think the person in the store thought I didn't have a clue. While we are having someone else installing we are purchasing the facings. Strange to go into a store that sold an item I was looking to buy and told go elsewhere. Must be nice to have so much business in the days of Covid!! Happy to spend our money elsewhere.
