Absolutely terrible service. Stay away. Dishonest and unprofessional. Service call was booked for Saturday from 4-8pm. I waited a week for the appointment. The technician called me Friday night and asked if he could come Saturday morning, I said no as we would not be home until 1pm. On Saturday at 4pm I texted the technician and asked him to text me when he arrived as my twins may be sleeping. He called me at 5:30pm and said he was in Toronto and it may take an hour depending on traffic, and he’s not sure how long the service call will take. I said that’s fine. He arrived and called at 6:24pm, I have three small children and got to the door as fast as I could. I returned his call at 6:26pm as I watched him pull out of my driveway and drive down my street while waving from my open front door. He did not answer, and I called two more times which he did not pick up. He proceeded to text me that he was not coming back. He said I left him out in the cold for 5 minutes which is objectively a lie - see screenshots. He then proceeded to change the story that it was because there no service call window from 4-8, and then because he did not know how long it would take. He refused to come back even though he was around the corner. Absolutely unprofessional, unreliable and blatantly deceitful. It is very clear based on his Friday night phone call to move our appointment, repeated comments about the length of time to reach us from Toronto and the comments about the unknown duration of the service call - that he had no intention of completing our service appointment and was looking for any excuse to not have to work on Saturday night - despite our appointment that was booked a week in advance.
Highly recommend Mississauga Home Comfort when it comes to buying a fireplace! From start to finish Ray, Eric and Amir were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! We love our new gas fireplace insert!

I was looking for an electric fireplace and come over this place. The customer service is terrible. I was talking to a store manager and it was impossible to get any info about fireplaces from him… on most of my questions the reply was “you can check it online”…so I staying in front of him trying to google fireplace dimensions and he was just waiting saying no word.
