I really want to like this clinic, but it is frustrating when they say they have same day appointments but whenever you call there are never any available! This morning I called 11 times since 9 am, finally got answered at 9.30am and the available appointments were gone. I just want to know at what time I have to call to be one of the ‘first come first serve’ or I just have to get lucky and win the appointment lottery.
Cannot agree more with comments about a new receptionist at the clinic. I had the same issue. I booked an appointment 2 weeks ahead and it's got cancelled without being informed. I called back and they gave me 1 week pushback. On the same day I booked an appointment for my husband to see a doctor together with my son and the receptionist said it was booked. When I called back to confirm, she said it was booked 1 week after the date I requested. I was surprised and complained about it. So she brought up a lie that my husband had many no shows while it’s not true. When I told her I’ve never experienced that mess up with the booking at the clinic in the past 5 years and she confidently told me that she's been with my doctor for 20 years but in fact, the doctor just moved there for 5-6 years. Such a lying and rude receptionist. My family doctor works at this clinic but I am thinking about changing because of unprofessional receptionist and super long time waiting (3 weeks waiting for booking and 1 hour waiting at clinic) to see doctor. The owner should look at the process and train new staff to improve customer’s experiences.
They can't keep apointment time .we are talkin1and a half hours passed and still waiting!!!! Pissed man No respect for for clients!!!! They expect you to be available all afternoon!!! What happened to this country? Oh i know
Quick appointments, friendly staff, clean office and above all, Dr. Motwani is a great listener and gives the deserved time . Highly recommended! Keep up the good work ✌?
Called the clinic yesterday and set up an appointment today. I did not have to wait at all, I just walked in and filled out a form, the receptionist was helpful. I was brought to a room and saw the doctor. I would like to leave a good comment to the pharmacy. She was so helpful and patient. I was from London, and I was new to the community and had trouble with billing the insurance. The pharmacy was so patient to help me with the insurance and tried her best to solve my concern that avoid me paying the full amount of the medicine. She made calls to the insurance company and the pharmacy that I used to go, asked them how to bill the insurance correctly for me. Highly recommend this medical clinic and I would definitely consider it as my family clinic if I am staying long.
My Clinic told me there is no more Doctor to diagnose prior to 2 hours before closing. I randomly stopped to this walk-in and thank God I did! Finally a receptionist who listens and a doctor who seems to care about his patients. We need more Doctors like Dr. Motwani.
Dr. Farhan is one of the best. Unlike many he doesn't just quickly prescribe medication and and jump to next patient. He genuinely asks questions to get to the bottom of your ailments and then tells you all the options with thorough explanation. I've jumped from many other family physicians until I found him. Best family physician in the area in my opinion.
