I am writing this after my first visit to this clinic. I met with Dr. Dhillon, who is very professional and polite, and he listened to me thoroughly without rushing. He addressed all my concerns with compassion and patience. The staff here is also very nice and respectful. I was experiencing a facial allergy with burning, and after taking one dose of the prescribed medication, I felt much better. Dr. Dhillon is awesome—highly recommended.
I have seen many reviews mentioning that staff here do not answer calls, so I wanted to observe this myself. It is understandable that they may be assisting other patients or handling different responsibilities, so response times can vary. Ultimately, it depends on how you approach people—show respect, and you will often see a positive difference. Regarding the reception team, my experience has been very positive. They have been polite, attentive, and genuinely tried their best to assist me. In terms of phone calls, they have answered me in one or two calls, and they even contacted me proactively to inform me that the doctor would not be available on a specific day. Today, at reception, Aman was especially helpful and assisted me when I needed it the most. As for Dr. Sharnjit Hans, I visited her for the second time today. After having a poor experience with my previous family doctor, I felt truly heard here. She does not rush through appointments or try to move on quickly to the next patient. Instead, she takes her time, listens carefully, and her approach itself feels healing. She then provides thoughtful and practical advice. Overall, my experience has been excellent. I will edit this review as more experiences come my way.
Doctors are highly professional, provide accurate diagnoses and the front desk staff are excellent very kind and clear in their communication. and offer effective solutions. Truly a great place for medical care.

His compassion, patience, and dedication to him patients make every visit a positive experience. he listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about my well-being. I feel very fortunate to have him as my family doctor. I also want to thank the front desk team at the clinic. They are always friendly, organized, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to all staff members for your kindness never goes unnoticed.They always try their best to answer the phone calls. Thank you as well to the rest of the staff for their professionalism and warm attitude it truly creates a welcoming environment every time I visit. Very disappointing service! I kept calling the staff again and again during an emergency, but no one responded or cared. The doctor was needed urgently, yet they acted like it was not their problem. This kind of negligence is unacceptable! I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Dr Dhillon is great and knowledgeable but please hire trained and experienced doctors. After waiting for 2 hours( which understandable) the doctor said ‘I don’t know what it is you can ask your friend for medication and I will prescribe you the same’. I am with Dr. Dhillon almost 5 year. Honestly I don’t want to be rude but with every visit it’s going downhill. I travel almost an hour to visit them because I had great start with them. But I think its time to find a new doctor
When this clinic opened, everything was great. But now, Receptionists girls don’t even pick up the phone. No matter how many times you call, there is no response. I even visited and informed them personally, but still no improvement — they never answer calls. Earlier, Dr. Guruyadav Dhillon himself used to be available here, but now he is never present... I will change my family doctor now.
