They were absolute pros from start to finish — so easy to work with, listened carefully to everything I wanted, and completely brought my vision to life. The owners of individuals that run this company are horrible. I would suggest looking elsewhere. I ordered balloons for a birthday couple of months ago, I gave exact instructions how I'd like them to look(with pictures, it was a simple arrangement) and when I picked them up it was horrible. Being in a huge rush that I was in I didn't realize all the flaws of the arrangement until I got home. No balloon bags, it was a very windy day and all I could focus on was the balloons about to fly away. Rather then focusing on how the arrangement actually looked like. The balloons were half filled, they smelt of cigarettes, the ribbon didn't even match the arrangement and overall horribly arranged. I contacted the owner and he said he would come by my house to change the ribbon and never showed after hours of waiting. They are ridiculous, the owner established his wrong and didn't even offer a partial refund or offer to help make the situation better, instead he just kept reading messages and not replying.
I don’t even know where to being. Eventat canada was literally my BEST decision throughout the entire wedding planning process. Mohammad and fatima were SO easy to work with, SO understanding and flexible, and they made me feel so comfortable discussing what I wanted. They understood exactly what I wanted in terms of decor, and they provided me with multiple options of what they could do to bring my ideas to life. they went above and beyond to make everything look so perfect - EVEN BETTER than what I had imagined. I was literally shocked when I walked in - they completely changed what my wedding hall looked like. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything looked. Their work is beyond amazing, they are an amazing people to work with (I literally messaged them so many times and not once did they make me feel like they was annoyed), and they will always work with what you want and make it better. Trust me, book with them , they’re amazing!
