Had an interview through Vaco. Although professionally conducted in the beginning but after the interview they ghosted me. Regardless of the outcome they should have at least have the decency to send the rejection mail. Writing this review as my colleagues felt the same. Horrible experience, unprofessional, would never work with Vaco again. I would not recommend to anyone to work with Vaco especially Alexander costa. I have never experienced more rude person than him and he is an absolute liar. So please be careful if you ever get a chance to work with him. I can’t say about Vaco as a company but my experience was with an individual employee of Vaco which was pathetic.

Vaco Lannick.. one of the worst staffing agency... employess are very supportive but top management thinks employee they are interviewing is cheater.. they just blame you if you speak something... without understanding the meaning they will take their decision and blame us... they believe they are only ethical rest whole world is unethical and cheater.... Mind well while speaking in interview... they will take negatively...
