Misleading Job Offers & Terrible Communication I had the unfortunate experience of working with IS2 Workforce Solutions, and I strongly advise caution before engaging with this agency. I was promised a job with Metro Logistics at 705 Hazelhurst Rd, Mississauga, ON. After completing all necessary paperwork, background checks, and even going out of my way to submit a fingerprint request form on December 3, 2025, I was told I would start immediately. I was given conflicting information on the start date, with promises of starting either December 5th or 8th, and assured that everything was in place. However, after completing everything they requested—on time and without delay—I received no follow-up or communication from the agency. I made several attempts to contact Keisha Sirikisoon, the recruiter, but there was no answer when I called, and I received no reply to my voicemail or emails. The phone lines were constantly unanswered, and emails went unreturned. It’s now been over two weeks, and I still have not heard a single word from anyone at the agency. The worst part? They never informed me that the job was no longer available or gave me any update on the status of my employment. It seems like this was just a case of false promises and poor communication. I was not only misled about the position but also wasted a lot of time and energy fulfilling their requests, all for nothing. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I feel completely left in the dark with no explanation. DO NOT waste your time with IS2 Workforce Solutions—the jobs they offer are misleading, and their communication is non-existent. Their lack of professionalism is shocking, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for recruitment services. I sincerely hope they take accountability for their actions, but at this point, I don't expect any follow-up or apologies.
I had a bad experience over here. The recruiter talked with me was very rude. However i handled him and got three months assignment. Unfortunately, after giving me just 2 weeks work without any proper reason they cancelled my assignment.
I have had a wonderful and helpful experience with this agency. Vertika mam is very excellent by nature; she is very cooperative. i worked through this agency for a long time, and even still, I am working. after registration, i got work, really appreciate her efforts and dedication towards work. it is a really good agency. please visit or contact if u r looking for work.
I visited IS2 Employment Agency recently, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The lady who interviewed me was extremely rude and unprofessional—she raised her voice at me multiple times and made me feel very uncomfortable. What made it worse was that another recruiter sitting behind her witnessed everything and seemed just as shocked by how I was being treated. I came in hoping for support and guidance in finding work, but I left feeling disrespected and discouraged. I hope the agency addresses this behavior, as no one deserves to be treated this way during a job interview
