You can probably tell from the attitude-filled replies of what kind of company this is. I'll probably get a similar reply "your name isn't on the database, you don't know what you're talking about blah blah" whatever. Main point: They are unprofessional and there are way better agencies out there. Just research before you contact them, and if anyone gives you attitude, hang up! No human deserves to be talked down to especially when they're looking for help. Unfortunately, this company chooses to keep toxic employees who enjoy staying miserable especially if it involves actually doing their job.
