I recently had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members named Arien at Elite Personnel At 75 horner avenue, Etobicoke location. I am not sure if she is a manager or holds another position, but her behavior was very unprofessional. As a newcomer, I expected clear communication and guidance, but instead, she was rude and dismissive. She informed me about a morning shift, and when I arrived, she said it was not confirmed. The way she spoke to me on call was extremely discouraging and disrespectful. Such behavior makes newcomers feel unwelcome, and I also felt there might be some bias or discriminatory attitude involved. I sincerely hope the management looks into this matter and ensures better professionalism and respect in the workplace.
