Mr. HARVIR BAGRI, You be lucky no driver got killed due incident. You are mixing driver and real estate (residential) . (your driver work location needs inspection as fuel spill on yard ground multiple times by respective work location fuel workers). Need Inspect or report for your drivers safety !! And, if you do not have night shift job, do not tell drivers that you have, instead tell drivers honestly that dispatch will decide the shift type and it be proper for driver whether to do start work or not. Have problem if you say night shift job only and when they start work, it be night and day shift work every time.
