I had such a positive experience with Doreen. She looked after our cat, Mico, for 6 days with twice-daily visits and consistent communication. She sent lots of updates that helped ease my nerves. It was my first time travelling since adopting Mico. We returned to a happy, well-cared-for cat thanks to her attention and reliability. Doreen has been amazing with my labrador retriever, Hudson, since she started with us in May 2017. She has never missed a day, has always taken last minute requests for extra walks if I decide to stay at work late or go out after, and always takes special care to let me know if she thinks something is off with him. She's super understanding when he's tired and doesn't want a long walk and when he's energetic and ready to go! She adjusts on the fly to what my dog needs and truly cares for him.
