极差的购物体验！！！！在黄金广场店付钱买了洗衣机，因为没货所以让我来中国城店提货，来之前已经打电话确认过他们还有2台库存。到中国城店后，店长一直在抱怨为什么不在他们店里支付，可到最后他们却告诉我没货了，就轻描淡写的说了一句他们登记错了就不管了，我想要退款，明明是连锁店，允许跨店退款，但就是百般刁难，非让我在开车半个小时返回原店退款。就这管理制度，真是不可想象的差，如果以后有需要退换货的消费者请谨慎考虑购买。Terrible shopping experience! I paid for a washing machine at the Golden Plaza store, but since they were out of stock, they told me to pick it up at the Chinatown store. Before coming, they called to confirm that they had two units in stock. Upon arrival at the Chinatown store, the manager complained about why I didn't pay at their store. In the end, they told me they were out of stock, and simply said it was a mistake in their records. When I asked for a refund, despite being a chain store that allows cross-store refunds, they made it extremely difficult and insisted that I drive half an hour back to the original store for the refund. Such a management system is beyond belief. Future customers who may need to return or exchange items should think twice before purchasing here.
I bought a small pink usb fan from this store. Box showed it came with the usb plug needed to charge it. I tried to return it and get a refund but store did not allow me to switch even with box and receipt. I had to go to another store to get the cable for the fan. Horrible customer serfice.
This is a great shop for a wide array of stuff from kitchen ware, stationary and quite a few unique but affordable asian items you wont find anywhere else. Or at least in too many places outside of online with deliver fees. I have bought quite a few things here. Especially unique kitchen tools and small appliances.
This place carries all kinds of household items. Electricals household gadgets and Apparels for men and women. The prices are fantasticly low and affordable. I always shop at this place for nick nacks for my home.
I have bought a few items in the Best Shop one week ago. One of the Thermos bottle is defective. I wanted to make a change and the whole experience was so unpleasant. Think over and over before you make a purchase.
