First oof all I want to be fair that the Quartz Counter Top we purchased from Chungly was good quality at a fair price for the , Stone, Sinks' and installation. His Brother Chris and partner did an excellent, professional job doing the replacement and cleaning up as they worked and after. The one issue I have is Chungly's price for the plumbing, was totally off the chart. It was high to start and when questioned he had a few excuses mainly that it was a Condo. We gave them the job and said we would need to discuss the plumbing when he came for measurements. That never happened instead his brother Chris, showed up and did a fine job. I mentioned then that I needed to talk to Chungly about the plumbing cost and the potential kitchen work we wanted done. Chungly never has shown up. At the end of the job which was a 20 minute plumber job, (cost of 580.00) I told his plumbing brother I still needed to talk to Chungly both about this extremely high overcharge AND the litchen Cabinets we needed done he also said he would tell him. Still no contact. I guess we were too trusting he would come and faced with the actual plumbing done would either refund a decent portion of the payment or offer a reduction against a Cabinet job we wanted. However he has neither showed up nor called so I guess my advise is don't accept an off the cuff estimate for plumbing when dealing with Chungly. Regretful because my wife and I thought we had found a friendly local company we could trues with a larger kitchen reno.
After contacting multiple companies, I went with Dreamstone, based on price/preconceived value and reviews. I found communication to be very clear and timely. The team that installed were professional, efficient and our new TCE counters look great! It’s been a few months now and they still look brand new. Thank you!!
Frank and Rosa We would like to thank DreamStone Kitchen Ltd for our awesome looking counter tops in our new retirement home kitchen the service from start to finish was second to none from the first step Chong Lee was amazing good advice and great knowledge of product and very confident in manufacturing skills of his shop team as an owner Chong came out himself to do the final pre construction measurements and the outcome was amazing the installation date came on time as promised The installation crew showed up and they treated our home as their own Chris and his team I cant say enough to praise them the workmanship was impeccable very meticulous and detailed cuts were precise and went together like a seamless piece of stone The guys put in a full days work they didn't stop until complete after done they cleaned up as if nobody was there If you are looking for a counter top this is the place to go
I approached Chungly with a very time sensitive fabrication request and he was so helpful. He explained the fabrication steps with extensive patience, he communicated recommendations and in the end, the result was beyond my expectations. He operates a first class operation! Joe
Dreamstone Kitchen quite literally bailed me out from what would have otherwise have been a tense situation with my family expecting a countertop shortly after our kitchen cabinet installation. After receiving high price quotes and not hearing back from other countertop suppliers, I found Dreamstone Kitchen online. Within one day of initially contacting them (January 2) I visited their location and following a discussion with Chris, I immediately signed on with them. Chris and his team delivered on his scheduled measurement date (Chungly) and installation of our fantastic countertop as planned 5 days later, half the turnaround promised by any other countertop supplier and for lower cost, and ultimately a better design and installation. They even had the countertop design that my wife and I hoped to find. We appreciated the professionalism of their installation team who were clearly focused on ensuring that we were happy with the installed countertop. I have to say that our new countertop from Dreamstone Kitchen is my favourite feature of our newly updated kitchen design. I would highly recommend Dreamstone Kitchen and have already shared this with several of our neighbours and friends.
