He offered us good quality quartz countertop and assured us that it would not change color because it is non-porous and better than any other material like granite or others. We trusted him and paid for higher quality, but within three months, very ugly stains started appearing despite very careful cleaning and maintenance. However, the stains remain, and whenever we complained, he always blamed us for improper maintenance, even though we followed exactly what he instructed. He never accepted that he had used poor-quality, cheap material. Now, getting this countertop removed is going to be very expensive, but we have to do it because they did not help us with this issue at all and never bothered to come over and take a look. They completely ignored us.

Overall a very positive experience using Azul to install a kitchen countertop and backsplash. Price was fair, communication was great, install was quick and the overall product looks great. Total turnaround time from quote to install was about 10 days.
We used Azul for our kitchen, laundry room, and powder room and were so pleased that we asked them to come back for our upstairs bathroom counter and shower. They did an amazing job there as well. They were quite nice and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend them.
I was about to buy a counter top from them, I kept calling them asking if they can come to my place to measure, the lady that answered the phone said she is with a client and would call me back and never did. Then I called and left a voice mail and got no answer back after waiting two days!, I guess they don’t want business. Ended up calling another countertop company which matched their price and came the same day to measure!
