Really disappointing experience at Shoppers Square One. I asked the cashier before paying if the 20% discount and 20x points would apply, and she said yes right away. After I paid, she realized I didn’t get the points and then told me I probably needed to spend more than X dollars. That was exactly what I was trying to avoid by asking beforehand. Instead of admitting the mistake, the conversation made it feel like it was my fault. I wasted over 20 minutes at the counter and ended up just getting a refund since the supervisor said she can’t do anything about. Not a great shopping experience.
I have ordered gucci guilty essences online but they delivered at wrong address. Somehow I got the package but It was open and used. It was 50 ml instead of 90 ml which is ordered. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !! ELIZABETH & NIDHI! They told to exchange product and get 90ml. However store refused as online customer service didn’t give any email confirmation to store. Elizabeth told me they will send new product to my address, let see shopper drugmart team will be men of words or not. Teach your team the meaning of online shopping. WILL NEVER GONNA ORDER ONLINE!
I had a wonderful experience here at beauty boutique. Beauty specialist Moona helped me patiently to find the right makeup products according to my skin tone. Her energy and attitude is so welcoming and I am so happy to meet someone like her because she helps me from finding products to the makeup tips she tells everything perfectly. She was not only nice to me but shared her positive attitude with every customer. I really impressed by her. Thanks a lot for everything. If you ever visited at beauty corner ask for Moona. She is the best?

Had the best experience today at beauty boutique by shoppers drug mart. Catherien did a fantastic job and helped me patiently in selecting the right makeup items (which I wanted for my graduation) according to my skin tone. She was super knowledgeable and knew the right items which would blend well with my complexion. The lip balm that she helped recommend to buy was spot on. I tried it and it was exactly what I wanted. Overall, had an amazing experience, all thanks to Catherien! ?
Useless sales reps. They seemed good at doing inventory as that’s what they were doing in front of us, but none of the 4 circling us when shopping helped to find a product, and to top it off when we asked for a gift receipt the lady said “it’s too late now”, and we had to even ask on top of that to learn what the standard refund policy is. Review your in store security and you will learn a lot about your staff.
