Absolute treasure chest of a store. If you love finding hidden gems and hard to find figures, this is a great place to be. The owner, Sandy, is a pleasure to chat with and his prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend.
If you're in the area, please support this local comic book store! The gentleman that works here is incredibly nice and VERY knowledgeable about comics. AND he sells them at a discounted rate, so you should definitely make comic book purchases here. This spot also has some of the best catalogued comics so if you're looking for anything a bit older and harder to find, you can almost guarantee that this store has them.
Just had the pleasure of visiting this store. Store owner was very nice and helped me find a comic book series from 2012(Smallville season 11). He was able to help me find this within in 2 minutes of being in his store. After visiting 3 other comics book stores today he was the only one who was able to help find exactly what I was looking for. Take a look around his store and you'll find wide variety of toys, comics and other cool items. 10/10 will be coming back!
That old guy working the counter I am guessing is the owner has a nasty attitude! No wonder your business is empty with no customers. You should smile and be helpful and stead of being a misrable old man.
LOL I am not sure where some of these 4 to 5 stars reviews came from all I know is that I have visited this place twice and both times have been negative experiences with the owner being rude not wanting to answer questions nor taking his time to say hi and bye. I will not be returning plus a lot of the items have no price which is why I asked several questions yet this old man did not even know what price to tell me. No wonder both times there have been no customers in this store but myself and this old man who's the owner. I suggest this old man changes his negative attitude otherwise he will continue to make no sales.
I've visited the store a few times, and have always had a pleasant experience. The owner was always willing to answer any questions I had, and the whole environment of the store feels very relaxed and almost as if you were walking into his home to look around at all the collectibles. It's in a decent location travel wise. Overall, I always enjoy visiting here and look forward to continue doing so. Also, very glad the owner didn't go out of business during covid, like many others did.
The owner is a kind and enthusiastic person. As a student studying abroad, the first time I felt the passion of a stranger started in this shop. I have lived in Mississauga for two years, and every six months I go to this store to find my favorite Marvel collections. Never let me down, from Rocky, Scarlet witch and Captain America in Playart, etc. And I found that there will be a lot of hockey hockey collections, airplane models and some signature collections. In addition, two cards of Joker and Catwoman were presented today～ I hope the store can continue to open at this difficult time, and the owner is healthy and happy~
