Very knowledgeable on all things espresso. I had an issues with my Rocket Apartmento and John gave me a clear steps to troubleshoot and bought me the right part, also guided me to the right service techs in my area to complete the work. It is refreshing to work with people like John who values more than a predefined response to a client contact form.
i run a coffee shop in Northern Ontario. If you have ever run a food service business you know that one of the biggest struggles is finding good vendors that you can rely on. Supramatic has become that for us! We order in large quantities really regularly and Anthony always takes such great care of us! He just resent an order via UPS because he sent the first one via Canada Post right before they went on strike and he knew we would need our products. These are the kinds of things that keep me coming back. They make running my small business just a little bit easier and I will be forever grateful for that!
I own a MaraX espresso machine which I greatly enjoy but I recently experienced a rubber/plastic burning smell that was of great concern. Worries about electrical fires in my wooden house, etc. It turned out to be the SSR had melted down. Just 1 year old! Anyway, I contacted John, the service manager, and he confirmed the warranty and set up an appointment for 3 days later. Amazing. It's a 3 hour drive to Supramatic from my place in Prince Edward which is a bit daunting. Anyway, John was waiting for me at the appointed time and was very welcoming. Even made me an espresso. Not only did he fix the problem within an hour but he also checked out the machine for any other potential issues. It's so rare to be treated so well these days and I am grateful for this. My 3 hour drive home was worth it. Thanks John

I forgot a small inexpensive item on my my completed order that was big enough for free shipping and they happily accommodated me and added the item to my order before it shipped without having to pay any additional shipping for the item.
